workflow
After starting the unit, the spiral feeder transports the material to the feeding port of the ton packaging machine. The lifting mechanism of the ton packaging machine descends to the height of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag mouth is covered with a wrapping type bag clamping mechanism, triggering the switch. The bag clamping mechanism wraps the entire bag mouth (to prevent dust leakage). Hook the packaging bag lifting rope into four bag lifting mechanisms, retract the lifting mechanism, and use the control mechanism to fill, measure, and feed according to the preset packaging value, in terms of size and speed, to improve speed and accuracy. During the cutting process, the dual negative pressure dust extraction pipeline can replace excess gas inside the packaging bag. During the filling process, a lifting mechanism can be set up to move back and forth to achieve a solid and evenly distributed material effect. After the measurement is completed, the lifting mechanism falls down, and the bag clamping mechanism and bag lifting mechanism automatically open to put down the packaging bag.
